You will provide a welcoming front desk service and undertake general office and reception duties by:Providing product and service information to current and prospective customersManaging all incoming phone enquiries and over-the-counter enquiries in an efficient, friendly, and professional mannerAnalysing customer concerns, queries and issues and respond appropriatelyManaging e-mail applications including responding to enquiries, collection of documentation and liaising with the leasing team as appropriateSupporting tenants to complete applications and assisting tenants in sustaining tenancies by providing information regarding relevant services.Liaising with internal and external stakeholdersManaging Realestate.com.au for the NRAS and HHR team including uploading and removal of ads, enquiry response, invites to open homes.Ensuring paperwork is compliant and data entry accurate.What will success look like?You will demonstrate experience in customer service, with a focus on building and maintaining exceptional working relationships with all stakeholders.
